new or used for a period of 5 years (for a secondhand Mobile-home) and 7 years (for a new one), renewable one year before the end of the contract.
You have the option to change your mobile home
if you wish.
You only pay 2000 € deposit
which acts as your guarantee, this 2000 € will be returned at the end of your contract if the mobile home is returned in good condition.
In case you wish to terminate the contract before it ends,
you will only lose your deposit.
